Who are we?

export stopoversAfter 15 years of working as an Export Manager in the food industry, I decided to use my experience to help small and medium-sized companies producing gourmet products emblematic of French and European gastronomy.

Our consultancy focuses on consulting and implementating an effective export strategy and developping sales .

We work collaboratively with clients to provide a tailor-made solution that takes into consideration their goals, the geographical areas to be covered and their export history. The b2b export sales activity is thus outsourced to us and we take care of everything from prospecting to sales network stimulation and existing customer portfolio management.

We favour medium and long-term collaborations which are better adapted to international trade and are, therefore, more likely to be successful.

We work with you to define the export sales strategy and use this to determine the target zones and the type of customer to prospect, taking account of the constraints of each country. Thanks to our network developed during the last 15 years, we carry out this prospection and the follow-up which results from it. Portfolio management of existing clients.

Stimulation of the commercial network; supporting distributors.

We support your distributors by providing training for their sales force, organising sales tours to visit their customers and providing them with all the support they need to develop sales and improve their product knowledge.
